We much prefer to communicate by email as we feel it gives us the time to answer your enquiry in more detail.

For any technical or product enquiries, we would ask that you email us at sales@westcountryhardware.co.uk so that we can fully answer your query. Due to the huge range of products we sell, it is not possible for us to offer technical support over the phone as we may occasionally need to refer to the manufacturer.
